TIPS FOR SHIPPING
1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. (For P.O. Box and APO/FPO address, we will change the shipping method according to the actual situation without prior notice.)

2. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-4 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 60 days of the order date.

OVERVIEW
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to you using the original payment method.

CANCEL ORDER
For orders that have not yet been fulfilled, we will deduct a 5% payment processing fee. You can't cancel an order that has already been fulfilled.

RETURN CONDITIONS
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
  • You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: DIY Paintings, bodysuits, and accessories (except scarves and bags).
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
  • We do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-IFAUN products.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds, regardless of whether the items have been mailed back to us. Note: Original shipping fees, taxes, and payment processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
